WINE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to be part of our wine club community at Slouch Hat Wines ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. As a member, I will receive shipments from Slouch Hat Wines through the year. I agree that Slouch Hat Wines will automatically charge my credit card for each shipment. Ultimate Sloucher shipments are shipped two times per year – approximately $250* per shipment. Pinnacle Sloucher shipments are shipped twice per year – approximately $500 per shipment.

If I customize my shipment or allocation, the actual amount charged will vary depending on the selection of wines contained in each order.

It is my obligation to notify Slouch Hat in writing of any address changes at least two weeks before shipments are processed. Slouch Hat will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages or returns.

I agree to accept a minimum of two Ultimate Sloucher or Pinnacle Sloucher shipments.

I understand by becoming a member I am opting in to marketing emails from Inglenook. I agree that I have read and understand Slouch Hat Wines’ Privacy Policy.

I agree membership is ongoing and continuous until cancelled by me. I may cancel my membership either in writing to cellar@slouchhatwines.com, or by changing by membership subscription status in my account, after receiving my initial two shipments. I understand that all cancellation requests must be made in writing at least two weeks ahead of the next shipment offering.

If I cancel early, I understand that I will be charged for any complimentary tasting fees or services I received as a result of my membership, and my membership fee will not be refunded. I understand that if I plan to cancel membership, I must be sure to do so in writing ahead of the Automatic Renewal Charge of the Membership Fee. I acknowledge that failure to cancel membership prior to the fee charging may result in the cancellation of the membership going forward but will not result in a refund of the Membership Fee.

Benefits, privileges, pricing, terms, and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of Slouch Hat Wines.
