2025 Reveille

The wine I said I would never make... However, I listened to what the Slouchers wanted and, my goodness, did it turn out great! Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for the Slouchers, this will become a staple in the Slouch Hat line up. This Rosé is made from 100% Mourvèdre from Los Olivos District. We pressed the juice straight off the skins giving the wine a light, but gorgeous, orange-salmon color. It was then aged for 5 months in neutral oak barrels.

This wine deserves to be drank while the sun is out. You can’t Rosé all day if you don’t start at Reveille!
