An incredibly special Sauvignon Blanc that I made as a surprise for my fiancée, now wife, Rachel. Rachel discovered one barrel of Sauvignon Blanc in the cellar that she loved. Unbeknownst to her I marked it and created this wine to be revealed at our rehearsal dinner. Hopefully the first of many, many vintages.
