Oh boy. This is from a vineyard called Mesa Verde in Los Olivos District. I’ll be the first to admit I wasn’t super familiar with it, but a good friend and fellow winemaker turned me onto this Grenache. I decided to trust his judgement and thank goodness! Those grapes created a phenomenal wine and I cannot wait to make more in the coming years.
